Joshua Spacek is a figurative painter based in the South of France. After careers as a professional musician and chef, he came to painting as a third practice — a new language learned through the répétition and exploration of gestures. Working primarily in acrylic , oil and pigment stick on varied supports, his work explores the relationships within nature and self-realisation, finding form in gesture and color.
